One of the kids favorite things to do is put a pile of blankets and pillows on the floor and jump off the bunk bed. Probably not the safest thing to do. I think I can remember doing that with my brothers when we were little. And then one time Randall jumped off and went flying off the pillows and rammed his head against the corner of a dresser or something. And there was a huge knot on his head, and I'm pretty sure my madre was not too pleased with us.
But there were no injuries when the kids did this the other day. And I allowed it. Because I sometimes I want to be a fun mom.
