Gamers

We let the boys stay up and play games with us a couple nights while Grandma and Paka were here.  They had a blast playing Fill or Bust, so the next day Jace wanted to play again.  So he and Paka played while Liv and Cameron watched (and fought) and Annalise colored.  And I took pictures and Grandma cooked.  And Daddy was at work.  I have so many memories of playing games with my Grandma and Grandpa King, so it makes me happy to keep that tradition alive with my kiddos.  Here's to many more nights and days of game playing! 

Sunny Thanksgiving break

Like I mentioned earlier, we have beautiful weather this Thanksgiving break!  It was such a nice change from the usual ugly wet and cold weather we have.  One morning the sun was shining so brightly in the boys room and the kids were playing in there so sweet and cute so I got my camera out to take some pics.  I have really been slacking in taking pictures of them lately.  Whoopsie.  But I love all these warm feeling pictures!

A chilly walk

One day while Grandma and Paka were here for Thanksgiving we headed out on a chilly little walk.  We let Grandma have some peace and quiet at home (though I think she was most likely making us dinner) and explored a little trail close to our house that we've never been on.  We're pretty sure ended up walking off the trail onto private property, but that's okay!  It was still fun.

That's the face of Cameron being a turd and trying to make Livvy cry.  He's usually pretty good at that. 

And then we saw a big spider. 

And I made the kids take a group shot and Cameron tried to be cool. 

And we wandered onto private property and decided to turn around.  And then Cameron was swinging a stick around (even though he had been repeatedly told not to) and hit himself in the face.  Hmmmm.

And then Liv got annoyed with me taking thousands of photos.

And Annalise slapped the ground with her stick, because that's always fun.

And then we went to the play ground and played for awhile before heading home.   Actually the whole time Grandm and Paka here was pretty nice, weather wise . And it was pretty nice all around because we love when Grandma and Paka come to visit!!
