Christmas morning

Christmas morning.  So much fun.  So much joy.  I have loved looking back through these photos and reliving the excitement they had.  (Minus the looks on their faces in that first picture because someone farted right before I took it.  Let me just tell you, with four kids, one of them is ALWAYS farting.)

Gingerbread houses

Decorating our gingerbread houses.  We had such a good Christmas season.  I feel like it went by so fast, but looking back through some of the pictures makes me so happy  (I didn't take very many pictures of things we did.  Our secret Santa mission night was by far my favorite.  We delivered goodies to lots of families, but we also picked a family to be Santa for.  That was my favorite part of Christmas, wrapping all the presents together as a family, and then arranging them and then sneakily delivering them.  Best night of the season.)  

Slip and slide trampoline

On the Friday after the snow day, there was still some ice left on the trampoline.  So after we picked the big kids up from school, Annalise and Lyla felt the need to slip and slide in the ice on said trampoline.  And I went inside and got my camera, and of course let them play until their pants were soaked (which took all of three minutes).  Then we had to go inside and change pants :) But they had so much fun.
